The Story
Cupaz needed a larger premises to help us to better offer our portfolio. After planning was granted, work commenced to convert an open shelled warehouse into high quality offices and storage. We wanted to create a 'working showroom' to showcase as many elements of our portfolio as possible. We chose products which were most likely to be of interest to our clients, and aimed for the 'wow factor'. All works were carried out to a budget and on time. We moved on the 22nd of May 2008 and have been 'tweaking' ever since.

Conclusion
We had outgrown our existing offices some years back, so there was an obvious need to relocate. When we finally found this site, we were aware that we had an opportunity to not only create a great working space but to really go to town and show people what we could do. We incorporated a great many ideas, materials and themes into the fit out, showcasing elements of our wide portfolio of goods and services. We created a modern suite of offices, a stylish kitchen, meeting areas, a comfortable ‘snug’ for unstructured meetings, high quality toilets, masses of concealed storage and a modern warehouse, with a viewing gallery!
Final Comment We wanted to use our own premises as a top quality showroom, which we could show clients and they could visualise and incorporate elements of our build in their plans. This has been spectacularly achieved! |
