The story
We were asked to design from an empty shell, a set of offices which required flexibility for an increasing number of staff. We needed to make the space feel roomy and open, so opted for full height glazed offices, incorporating full glass doors and created an office where all areas were flooded with natural light. The overall feel was modern and efficient with bright colours in certains areas, notably a vivid red kitchen! All the works were carried out in budget and within the required deadlines and with the minimum disruption to other tenants. |

Conclusion
The works were a challenge in that we needed to complete the whole project by a certain date, as the client had to vacate their existing office. Unfortunately the final instructions were delayed, ultimately squeezing our available time on site to just 5 weeks. We used very modern materials and created stunning offices, easily accommodating the additional staff, with room to spare. We completed ahead of schedule, and our attention to detail has ensured a happy client. |

Final Comment
Cupaz was given a remit to design bright open offices, and we came up with over 25 different designs. This creativity and volume of ideas was a key factor in us bein chosen as the fit out contractor. We gereally offer the design element of any project as a free of charge service, which tends to set us apart from the competition. It is a commercial risk, but we are confident that our imaginative ideas are good enough to win business. We wanted to create a great set of offices and this has been spectacularly achieved here. |
