The Story
Campsie had a need to create a prestigious office in Edinburgh and wanted a company to submit ideas and designs with a view to carrying out the works to a budget and to a strict timescale. We created over 20 different layouts and were awarded the project against stiff local and national competition. We carefully managed the project from start to finish, working closely with the landlord and managing agents. We also had local people on the ground, ensuring we kept costs and the carbon footprint to an absolute minimum. |

Conclusion
We had to coordinate numerous different trades as well as in certain circumstances being obliged to work with companies already contracted by the landlords to maintain services in the rest of the building. We had to comply with numerous legislative issues, some specific to Scottish law, and also manage deliveries and services arriving from the UK. The project was completed ahead of time, even including some last minute changes from the client. |
